About This Course

This course focuses on the importance of technology in education and its role in the successful implementation of a school’s digital strategy. It covers the challenges and problems of the past, the importance of understanding why technology is being implemented, and how to successfully implement technology in education. You will develop an understanding of how to successfully and securely implement the core infrastructure and cloud technologies to support your strategy and how to involve technical teams in achieving this. The course concludes with a discussion on developing a technology strategy, including understanding the strategy and deployment timeline, budgeting for the long term, and engaging with technical teams to ensure success.
