About This Course
Effective assessment is fundamental to the learning process and does more than just enable learners to demonstrate what they know. There are many complexities associated with assessment approaches and it’s important to have insight into which approach to use at a given time.
This course explores the complexities of assessment by considering what constitutes effective assessment along with exploring the core principles of purpose, validity, reliability and value before exploring how to make meaning of assessment data.
